My journey into photography began at the age of ten when my uncle presented me with his old film camera aqs a gift. Back then, films were expensive, and mastering the technical skills of photography was essential. My passion only grew when my mother gave me a simple automatic camera for my birthday. I vividly remember bringing back eleven rolls of film from my first trip abroad—developing and printing them all cost a small fortune, but it was worth every penny.
In my late twenties, my career took a significant turn when I joined an American chain of photo studios as a Marketing Director. It was here that my love for portrait photography truly blossomed. Eager to learn and grow, I regularly volunteered to assist the photographers, moving backdrops and adjusting lights, all while absorbing the techniques and styles of some of the best photographers in the industry. This hands-on experience ignited a passion that has never dimmed.
