New Photography Experience LTD

1. Booking & Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit of £90 is required to confirm your photoshoot booking.
  • The session is not secured until the deposit has been received.
  • This fee includes:
    • A professional photoshoot session
    • One fully edited digital image of your choice from the final selection

2. Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel 7 or more days before your scheduled session, your deposit will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the shoot are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you wish to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

3. Image Delivery

  • After your session, the photographer will select the best images and professionally edit them.
  • These images will be shared with you in a watermarked online gallery.
  • From this gallery, you may choose one image included in your session fee.

4. Additional Image Purchases

  • Additional fully edited images can be purchased for £40 per image.
  • The entire edited photoshoot (approx. 30–40 images) can be purchased for £350.

5. Editing & Image Selection

  • The photographer retains full creative control over image selection and editing.
  • Only the edited images selected by the photographer will be shared.
  • Unedited or RAW files will not be shared under any circumstances.

6. Additional Editing Requests

  • Following the purchase of the full edited photoshoot, up to three additional light retouching requests may be accommodated at no extra cost.
  • Light retouching is defined as small adjustments such as minor skin smoothing, blemish removal, slight exposure or colour corrections, and background clean-up.
  • This does not include body reshaping, object removal, or major background changes.
  • These retouching requests apply only to the edited photos included in the purchased set. No edits will be applied to unedited or non-purchased images.
  • All images remain the copyright of New Photography Experience LTD.
  • Clients are granted personal usage rights for digital images.
  • Images may not be sold, edited, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Agreement

By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
