I’m thrilled to share that one of my photographs is currently being exhibited in the “Seasons” exhibition at the Glasgow Gallery of Photography! The exhibition runs until the end of February 2025, showcasing a collection of works that celebrate the beauty and transformation of the seasons.
There are days that feel like gifts—unexpected, fleeting, and utterly magical. The morning I took the photograph now displayed in the “Seasons” exhibition at the Glasgow Gallery of Photography was one of those days.

Where I live, snow in winter is rare. So when I woke up and looked out of the window that morning, I couldn’t believe my eyes—the world outside was blanketed in white. Without a second thought, I grabbed my camera and stepped outside, eager to capture the fleeting beauty before it melted away.
The roads were nearly impossible to navigate; cars were struggling, slipping on the icy slopes, and some were completely stuck. Driving wasn’t an option, so I walked—kilometres upon kilometres, through deep snow, off-road, across hills with no paths. It was exhausting, my feet soaked through, my body aching with every step. But the beauty around me kept pushing me forward.
Everywhere I turned, the world looked like something out of a dream—silent, untouched, and breathtakingly serene. I captured snow-covered trees, fields untouched by footprints, and the crisp light that only winter can bring. Despite the cold seeping into my bones and the sheer physical effort it took to make my way home, I felt nothing but pure joy.
That day reminded me why I love photography—why I chase light, why I brave the elements, why I sometimes lose myself in the moment until I’m too exhausted to walk any further. And now, that very photograph, taken in the midst of my winter adventure, is on display for others to see.
If you’re in Glasgow, you can visit the “Seasons” exhibition at the Glasgow Gallery of Photography until the end of February 2025. I’d love for you to see the image in person and experience the beauty of that rare winter day through my lens.
